3- Submit Documentation
The necessary forms required for application review at Wilkinson County Christian Academy comprise the Enrollment Application, a certified copy of the birth certificate, a copy of the social security card, the immunization record, the transcript of school record that encompasses both grades and current standardized test scores (for grades 1 – 12), as well as a copy of the most recent report card (for grades 1-12).
